The family of Russ is heartbroken to announce his passing. He was always the Rock of the family, ready to help whoever needed it at any time. He will be greatly missed by all of us. Russ is survived by Debbie Dutter, his long time companion, his children; Russell, Rochelle; grandchildren; Desiree, Seve, Tanner, Dylon, Jayson & Devyan. Also, great granddaughters; Lyllian & Loklynd, & sister, Jimi Bradfield. Russ grew up in Long Beach, then relocated & opened a shop in Chico with Sunchaser Boats in the early 70s. In 1978 he moved to his shop on Skyway in Paradise. He loved to decorate his shop beautifully on all holidays, so everyone in town probably remembers that..& will miss it.
