Ruby Eileen Ross, longtime & beloved resident of Quartzsite, AZ, passed away on August 21, 2021 after a brief residency at Home is where the Heart Is Assisted Living facility in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Ruby was known and well-loved by all who knew her, and everyone in Quartzsite knew her!
