Royston's obituary
Roy was born in Bromley, England. Where he grew up before exploring the world with his brother and friend. It was on this journey where he met, fell in love with and married his wife of 51 years, Linda Prickett.
He made his home in Salt Lake City, Utah with Linda and their 2 children, son Michael Prickett (Kandi Prickett), and daughter Annette Prickett and Grandson Quinton.
Roy leaves behind a very close and loving family both here in the U.S. and across the pond in England. He was the biggest family man and absolutely loved his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and father-in-law, as well as the most caring friend. His humor and compassion was infectious. He had the most entertaining stories, and people loved to hear him tell them.
He had a long career in the aerospace industry with Hercules/ATK Aerospace where he was liked by all who worked with him.
Roy will always hold a piece of the hearts of everyone that knew him.
He is survived by his wife Linda Prickett, son Michael Prickett(Kandi Prickett), daughter Annette Prickett, grandson Quinton. His sister and brothers Joanne Redley (Alan Redley), Peter Prickett (Christine Prickett), Ken Prickett. And many nephews ,nieces, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Mary Prickett and his brother Roger Prickett.
