We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Roy Turner, born on July 9, 1952, who transcended to his heavenly abode on June 6, 2025. A respected member of the Shady Grove Of The Apostolic Faith, his life mirrored his strong faith. His comforting presence and unwavering devotion will be celebrated on February 15, 2025 at 6:30 PM at None.

Roy Turner was a man of many passions. He found solace in simple pleasures, delighting in Pork & Beans, Fried Bologna and his favourite Pepsi. He drew strength and wisdom from "The Bible", his favourite book. Music was his escape, with 'Sweep Around Your Own Front Door' often gracing his home. A fan of "Old Black and White Westerns" and 'The William Brothers' movies, his appreciation for the classic arts was evident.

Roy also had a strong connection with his community. Softball games filled his leisure time, while 'Always Working' stayed his favourite form of exercise. Despite his love for various activities, his most cherished moments were spent 'Spending time with all of his family and his children'. His favourite vacation spot was being 'Home with his family', while his favourite local haunt was 'Helping Out The Community'.

Roy's life was a testament to his belief 'God First Always'. His favourite colour, blue, mirrored his serene and tranquil personality. Roy Turner was 'A Man Of God'. His love for family, all of his children, and even those unknown to him defined his personality.

Among his greatest accomplishments were 'Being a man of God' and 'A great father, brother, son and family member as well as a friend to any & everyone'. He imparted valuable lessons of love and faith in God to those around him, and his legacy will live on through his '6 children, a group of grandchildren and a great group of grandchildren... HIS "3"Generations', siblings, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. The world has lost a phenomenal soul.

Roy Turner's absence is a void that can never be filled. He will always be remembered, missed immensely by loved ones, and forever remain in our hearts.
