Roy E. Salsman, 72, of Wyalusing, PA, peacefully passed away on February 19, 2023 with his wife at his side, after a difficult battle with Metastatic Lung Cancer. Roy was born on February 10, 1951 to Betty & Romaine Salsman in the small town of Sayre, PA. After Roy graduated from Wyalusing Valley High School in 1969, he pursued a degree in Aviation at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Roy later went on to attend Motorcycle …
