My condolences to Roy's family. I knew Roy through work. He was always a patient, kind and considerate man. He valued everyone's opinion, even when he may not have necessarily agreed with it. He'll not only be missed by his family, friends and coworkers that are close by. He'll be missed by coworkers that are many states away from Washington. His voice and his wisdom will also be missed.
