Hi Everyone,
We are looking forward to gathering with you all in celebration of my mom's life. Just a few details to know in advance. For the safety of our community, we kindly ask that everyone wear a mask to this event. The celebration will take place in the Student Center, 160, Father LeRoux Conference Center from 1:00 to 4:30. We will be serving appetizers and desserts. Please come ready to share your favorite Rosie stories! :-)
To park, there are two recommended areas (both are paid lots):
1). The Visitor Lot at 12th Avenue and E. Marion Street is on the same level as the Student Center, and it is a straight shot down the lower mall from that lot. or
2). The Murphy Garage off of James/Cherry Street (it’s right where the street’s name changes – it’s James Street where it meets Broadway but E. Cherry where it meets 12th Avenue) is also pretty close, and has multiple levels so is more likely to have parking. People will need to take the Skybridge across the street from the garage to the Student Center; there are elevators on both sides.
To pay for parking, guests will need to download the PayByPhone app and purchase a permit themselves prior to exiting their vehicle once they arrive on campus. It is important that guests know they will need to enter their vehicle plate number into the system. The location number is 31913.
