Rosemary's obituary
Rosemary Arellano was born September 6, 1965 to Manuel and Josephine Madrigal in Blythe California. Rosemary was raised to value family and lifelong connections. She went on to marry Manuel Arellano and have eight children together. Her greatest gifts she received from God were her children and grandchildren.
In her early years of life Rosemary loved going to her grandma Antonia’s house. She learned in these years about other people from around the world through television. Rosemary would often say how she would do all her chores, eat and use the restroom during commercial breaks so that she didn’t miss a show.
Rosemary grew up with her siblings Art, Marcy, Manuel and Lisa. As Rosemary got older she enjoyed traveling to Oxnard to hang out with her Tios, Tias, and cousins by the beach.
Rosemary’s life’s work can be found in raising her children. She taught them how to love one another, bargain shop, how to look for free events for entertainment. She shared stories of inspiration to help her children succeed in the trials of life. She taught her children the word of God. She loved sending documentaries and news articles about things they were interested in. And she also shared the history of the Queen of England, European royalty and Laura Ingles. Rosemary appreciated history. She also shared her love of God to anyone she met. Later in life she went on to explore the world by visiting her children in different cities. She loved exploring places that had the best desserts in town.
Rosemary’s brother Manuel Madrigal preceded her in death in September 2022, as well as her mother Josephine Madrigal in 1991 and is survived by her husband Manuel, her 8 children Antoinette, Manuel, Aaron, Brenda, Desiree, Drena, Sarah and Jesse. As well as her two grandchildren Devyn and Lilibet.
She will be dearly missed by her children. In memory, her family wishes to share this day to recognize the amazing gift her children received by having Rosemary as their mother. It is in light and joy that people who crossed her path remember her so that her memories live on. The ways she touched our lives will remain as she continues her journey with God.
