We regretfully announce the passing of Rose Carroll of Sanford, FL on August 17, 2023. Rose died from complications from a heart attack , and she was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.
Rose, was one of the strongest, most courageous, bravest, and kindest women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her. Rose was born to Peggy and William Carter on May 8,1954 in Ridgely, Maryland. She …
