Roscoe "Rocky" Campbell, IV was born on August 31, 1964, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Roscoe and Andrea Campbell (Lamb). The eldest of three siblings, Rocky embraced the love of family from an early age, helping to care for, guide, and support his younger siblings, Joy and Scott, throughout his younger years.
