ROSALINE “ROZ” (BEDENKO) ROBERTS, 95

Rosaline “Roz” Bedenko Roberts was born on September 5, 1928 in Detroit Michigan and passed peacefully on November 18, 2023 at the age of 95.

Roz received an associate degree from Detroit Business University and worked for Ford Motor Company for several years before moving to Midland, MI in 1976. Roz and David loved square dancing where they were members of the Silver Square Dance Club. Roz volunteered at the hospital gift shop and food pantry, delivered meals for the Council on Aging’s Happy Dinners, and served as a Deacon at Memorial Presbyterian Church. She was also a 35-year member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, a charter member of the Red Hat Society’s “Brats in Red Hats”, as well as a member of the senior bowling league.

She was predeceased by her husband of over 55 years, David Roberts, and survived by her children, Marie Keidel and Matthew (Holly) Roberts, granddaughters Rebecca Keidel, Morgan (Wade) McQueen, and Alexandra Roberts, and great-grandchildren Derrick and Mariana Fisher and Sophia McQueen.

A celebration of life service will be held on 12/2/23 at 11:30 at Ware Smith Funeral Home. Lunch after.
