Ronnie's obituary

Ronnie Wayne Thompson went to be with Jesus on July 10, 2021 at the age of 57 with his family surrounding him.

Ronnie was the beloved son of George R Thompson and Cassandra (Sherry) Baker Thompson. Along with his mother he leaves behind two sisters Gina (Kika), Amy (Aaron), two brothers Daniel (Angela) and Joseph (Princess). Nieces and Nephews Matthew, Tyler, Alexis, Katrina, Annaliese, Devin Isabelle, Aby, Liah, Georgia, Andrew, Alex, and Ava. Great Nieces and Nephews Ellianna, Kenna, Kaisley,Nathan, Rocky,and Beckham.

Ronnie was proceeded in death by his father George R Thompson a sister Patricia Thompson, paternal grandparents, Jim Palmer and Bernice Thomilson, Maternal grandparents JD Baker and Chorline Baker.

Ronnie served our Country in the United Stated Army from 1985 to 1990.
He had a love for music. Loved playing the guitar with his brothers and nephews.

Memorial service will be Saturday July 24, 2021 at 12:00 with service starting at 1:00 At Gateway Family Church in Glen carbon IL. With Pastor Greg Morrison officiating.
