Ron came into my life in 1971, he will never leave it. Memories now become even more cherished. Such a Lifeforce can never be truly lost, although my heart aches at his passing, there is comfort in being able to say he was my beloved friend. I shall miss those long phone calls, the sound of his voice remains in my mind ...Who could forget that?!? I could go on and on, fifty plus years is a lot to recall, but now it seems not enough. Can never say goodbye. May his family find peace in knowing the love that surrounds him.

My deepest condolences to the family, friends, and coworkers that Ron left behind so suddenly. My heart aches for each of you.
Ron was such a unique individual. He was kind and generous, funny and smart, encouraging and loving. Knowing him for 16 years has left a lasting impact on my life. Ron found beauty in everything and everyone. He had a wide-range of interests and found fascination even in the small things -- like a giant-sized kid with an endless sense of wonder. He leaves a big hole in the lives of all who knew him. Ron, you are missed more than you will ever know.

I am so very sorry for your loss. He was a gentle, soft spoken person and the students loved him.

2008, Anchorage, Alaska, USA
Uncle Ron with me (his neice, Kylee) at the office of America & Pacific Tours. He helped me land this job by talking me up to his friend who was the manager of the Anchorage branch at the time. I landed my first job with a Japanese company because of him, and will always remember this summer as the time I grew much closer to him. Missing you always, uncle Ronny!
