We will miss Ronny so much.  Our winter neighbor for so many years, he became part of our experience returning to the river.  That big smile was always there.  Nick, Kelly, family we are so sorry for your loss.  Judi, Caz, Laura & Frank.   Photos to follow

I met Ronny back in 1977. He was always kind and respectful. I felt safe whenever he was around. He helped me out of a potentially dangerous situation not once, but twice. I had the good fortune to live next door to him out on the horseshoe many years later. He made me laugh often with that dry wit & sarcasm. He was an amazing father to Nick & Kelli.  The very best thing about Ronny was that good, kind heart! The world is a little less lovely without you in it. We will meet you on the other side my friend!

Johnny & I were shocked to hear of Ronny’s passing! 

He was the best man in our wedding in 1972. We just had our 50th wedding anniversary, June 10, & posted a few pics on fb, & Ronny commented the very next day, “I was there, congratulations”! And I said “well of course you were there, Best Man!!”                             That was the last time we heard from him. We wish we  would have kept in touch more, but that’s life & we r so happy to hear that he spent on the majority of it w/his kids & grand’s, as we all are doing! 

We feel very blessed to have known Ronny & are thankful for the times that we did spend together ALL those years ago.                                  It doesn’t seem like that many years, we remember the fun times we had just hanging out w/each other !! 

Ronny was a wonderful person & even though we had not seen him in so long, we will still miss him, because we now think of all the years that have passed that we could have been having lunch periodically & catching up on each others lives! We will regret, but will always remember “our best man!!” 

Prayers go out to the family, we hope to meet some of you at your service.                        Johnny & Mary Yoches
