He was Born in Shreveport, Louisiana and was a life long resident.
Proceded in death by his father, Fred W. Plants, mother, Norma Scruggs Plants, and Nephew, Jeffrey M Lyons.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Amanda Brooke Blunt, husband Jon. Two sisters; Carol Ann Gaston, husband Hartley and their children, Douglas Gaston, wife Sandy. Michelle Dancy, husband John. Mary Elaine LeBlanc, husband …
