Ronald J, Mahoney, 80, of Stamford, CT passed away Thursday, May 17 after a long illness. Ron grew up in the Highbridge section of the Bronx, and graduated from Xavier High School in Manhattan. He would later graduate from Fordham University. Ron served in the Army National Guard in New York, and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 1-5. He was a pilot, a boater,an avid fisherman and shooting sportsman and was a member of …
