We were so sorry to hear about Ron. What great neighbors he and Lori and their children are! Ron's warmth, sense of humor and friendliness will be missed. Being such a hard worker, always beautifying their home inside and out put good "pressure" on me to do similar, though I could never keep up! His energy and talent seemed unbounding. Our deepest condolences to the family.

My heart goes out to the family and friends of Ron. And the Dawn family. He was always a treat to work with. I work at Dorothy Lane Market Love Cakes  and he would come in to help often. So friendly and outgoing!!! He will be deeply missed!!!!

My heart is shattered and I’m absolutely devastated right now! I lost my MENTOR, a DEAR FRIEND and the man that took me under his wing to make sure I had all the knowledge needed to be a successful bakery owner. Ron Smith was the type of person that loved helping others, so kind and so enthusiastic. His love for the bakery industry was in his blood. I will miss him deeply! Please pray for his family, colleagues and everyone that will have a hole in their hearts without him here. Please pray for me as I navigate the loss of very dear friend. I love you, Ron and I will see you again.
