Dear Berwick Family,

My deepest condolences on the loss of Ronald.  Ron and Susan's daughter Jody and I were great friends in college, and it was through Jody's friendship that I was introduced to the AmeriCorps Program Public Allies, which is the reason I've had the career that I've had for the last 25 years. I'm so grateful that Jody and I recently reconnected through Facebook.  I wish your family comfort and grace in your grief. I hope you will continue to take comfort in all the cherished memories of what an incredible father, grandfather, friend, and mentor Ron was!
