Obituary

Romeo Ferrer was born on April 13, 1949, in Manaoag, Pangasinan, as the third oldest of nine children. From a young age, he worked alongside his family on their tobacco plantation and helped care for farm animals. Romeo also spent time with his uncle and aunt in Sablayan, Mindoro, cultivating rice fields.
