I am very sad to learn of his passing. Roger was the first broker I ever met when working for HQ Global Workplaces in 2001. Roger was a visionary who believed in serviced offices from the beginning and always knew where it was headed. It was to be more than just a desk and a chair for a one-off client and he knew that years before anyone else. It was a pleasure to have known him and be inspired by the love he had for this industry.

Roger was my next door neighbor for 5 years and in those 5 years, I not only gained a very close friend but someone I considered to be family. There was nothing Roger wouldn’t do for those he cared about. He was the most honest, understanding and kind person I’ve met. We both confided and leaned on each other when parenting got too tough, when the days were long, and often ended the days with a walk around the neighborhood with the kids or the dogs. I learned so much from him, and would find myself outside for 45 minutes to an hour in deep conversations about topic after topic- you name it. If he wasn’t informing me about what was being discussed on the latest podcast episode, then it was a show recommendation that I MUST watch. My children knew him as “Uncle Roger” and he will always be their “Uncle Roger.”  He was the most devoted dad and husband and loved Jigs and Devan with all he had.  I am going to miss my good friend so so much and our Uncle Roger.

Roger has been a neighbor for many years. Â We met him on dog walks and enjoyed many conversations and smiles. Â We have to say he was our local news reporter on local, national and international events. Â He opened our eyes to the most important events of the day. Â Miss seeing him and wishing peace.

Our hearts are with you, Jignasha Voralia, Devan, and the entire family during this heartbreaking time.
I’ll never forget the moment Matt and I visited Jigs and Roger just a couple of weeks ago—his beautiful smile lit up the room, even then.
I still remember the very first time I met Roger back in 2000. He walked into the office in London with a huge fruit basket for the entire team—something he did every Monday without fail—and with his presence an energy and warmth that lifted us all.
Over the years, one thing was always clear: his deep, unwavering love for you, Jigs. I know without a doubt that he’ll be watching over you and Devan with pride and endless love.
We’ll miss you deeply, Roger.

Roger had a profound impact on my life, as he did on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Throughout our relationship, he was my mentor, my boss, and above all, my friend. I have so many cherished memories of him, and I will miss him deeply.

Roger was our neighbor. Â I got to know him over the years. Â You could ask Roger a question about anything or anyone in the neighborhood and he had the answer. Â He had so much personality and was crazy in love with Jigs and Devon. Â He was taken from us much too soon

Dear Jigs and Family,
It was an absolute privilege to know Roger for almost 20 years as a colleague, Â industry beacon and - most importantly - as a great personal friend.Â
I will miss the lengthy, intelligent conversations and his dry, but so incredibly funny sense of humor.Â
I pray that he is in a better place without pain now and always will remember him with a big smile. So many memories!
Please accept our deepest condolences.
With a HUGE hug - the Senn Family ❤️

I only knew Rog through our virtual meetings with Jigs, but I saw him as a dedicated father to Dev, Dukey, and Duchey, and a loving support to his wife, Jigs. Though Dev won’t grow up with his father by his side, Rog’s love will be an enduring part of his life. Rest well, Rog, knowing how much your family loves you.Â
