Roger Gordon Sturgis, 78, passed away peacefully at home on October 14, 2024. Roger was born on December 6, 1945 in Auburn, NY to the late Harold and Eleanor Barber Sturgis. Roger joined the United States Marines in 1966. He proudly served his country for fifteen years; completing three tours in Vietnam. Roger served Hardeman County, Tennessee as a Deputy Sheriff for seventeen years until his retirement in 2023. Roger was a faithful member of …
