We are remembering Roger ( RJ ) Naldi on the year anniversary of his death. RJ was a remarkable man best known for his marvelous sense of humor, quick wit, brilliant intelligence, unwavering loyalty, compassionate nature, and sensitive spirit.

RJ left a huge  imprint on all the young lives he mentored. He shared life lessons drawn from his own experiences and inspired a strong work ethic through his own actions. He passionately imparted hunting and fishing education, fostering a deep respect for the environment and the art of self-reliance amongst the youth.

Professionally, RJ had a rewarding career as a civil engineer. He began his carrier  at Sargis Engineering and ended his legacy with a remarkable 25-year tenure as a conduit engineer at Frontier Communications. His relentless dedication, commitment, and prowess within his field are accomplishments that his colleagues and professional peers will long admire.

RJ's passing leaves a vast void in the hearts of many. His family, friends, and work family miss him every day. Although the expressions of grief and loss may not be constant, the depth of love and the sense of loss felt by all is a testament to the forever mark RJ left in each of our lives. As we collectively mourn the loss of RJ (Roger), it is comforting to know that we are not alone in our grief.

In the course of his life, RJ taught us all the importance of humor, intelligence, loyalty, compassion, and sensitivity. It is now incumbent on us, who were lucky enough to know him, to keep those lessons alive in our daily lives and actions. Thus ensuring, that RJ's legacy will continue to enlighten and inspire many more generations.
