Roger L. Jensen, age 93, died on August 19, 2024. He was an artist, interior designer, gardener, and animal enthusiast. Born in Ludington, Michigan, Roger made his home in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from St. Louis High School and attended Chicago Institute of Arts. He then served four years in the U.S. Naval Service in Japan and Kodiak, Alaska before attending Pratt Institute with a scholarship from the Willam Morris Foundation.

Roger had a direct burial at Lakeview Cemetery in Ludington, MI although I suspect anyone who truly knew him will find solace saying their goodbyes during a walk through Clinton Hill, sitting on a bench near Pratt, visiting the MET or a stroll through Central Park.
