Roger Keith Dowell, 82, passed away surrounded by his loving family on January 5, 2024, in Parma Heights, OH
He was born and raised in Parma, Ohio and the son of James & Irene Dowell (deceased). Roger was the oldest of three children, Richard (deceased) and Pamalee Dworznik. He was not fond of school from the first day, and Roger quit school and went to work at Prepared Foods delivering food to hospitals and restaurants. …
