We mournfully announce the passing of Mr. Rodney "Rod" "Mr. Chop" Sogga, who departed this life on November 4, 2023. Born on May 27, 1940, Rodney was a man remembered for his kindness, generosity, and distinctive humor. His strength, protective nature, and the warmth of his love touched the lives of all who knew him.
