Rockanne Rita Kramer Savin was born on a beautiful day in late August 1980 to Honorena Degeyter and the late Joseph Anacy Kramer,  Jr.  She passed away unexpectedly on September 29, 2025 in Cut Off, Louisiana.  

Rockanne is survived by her husband, Chad-Curtis Savin of Alexandria.  She is also survived by her Aunt whom was like a mother to her, Susie Kramer, uncles Richard and Ricky Kramer, 2 siblings, and a host of nephews, nieces, godchildren, and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Kramer Jr, her grandmother Rita Bruce Kramer, and her grandfather Joseph Anacy Kramer Sr. 

There will be a small personal ceremony at a later date, and she will eventually be interred in the Sacred Heart cemetery.
