We regretfully announce the passing of Mrs. Rochelle Flotten of Pleasanton, CA on January 18, 2023. Rochelle was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.
Our mother, Rochelle, was one of the strongest and most courageous women to ever walk this earth and our family was so blessed to have her as our mother. Her grandchildren were her world and she loved to have them spend the night and return them to her daughters …
