Robin Neal Ruel, passed away at Providence Hospital in Medford, Oregon from heart failure on January 25th 2022 at 6:03 a.m. with his daughter, Rosie, by his side. Robin was born in Sacramento, Ca to his mother Nona Marie Tull and father William Thomas Ruel.
