She was born on March 25, 1960 in New Britain, Connecticut to Paul D. and Duane J. Neill of Arlington, TX.
Robin was born in New Britain, CT where she spent much of her youth playing tennis and softball competitively and enjoying summers at Clinton Beach with her family.
She moved to Michigan where she received her Masters of Social Work at Wayne State …
