Robin's obituary

Robin Ann Keller, 51, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2025. A beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, Robin lived a vibrant and meaningful life marked by creativity, curiosity, and deep compassion.

Born on September 21, 1973, Robin graduated from St. Elizabeth University and went on to build a successful career in New York City. She worked in the evolving world of digital media, including a notable role at Yahoo during the early 2000s, where her drive and intellect left a lasting impression on colleagues and the industry alike.

Robin had a lifelong passion for painting and travel. Her artistic spirit shone through in her work, and her love of exploration brought joy and inspiration to all who knew her.

Among all of her roles in life, Robin was most proud to be a mother. Her daughter, Devon Bodnaruk, was the center of her world and the source of her greatest joy. Robin poured her love, wisdom, and strength into motherhood, raising Devon with care, honesty, and unwavering support. The bond they shared was extraordinary—rooted in deep friendship, trust, and unconditional love. Whether through heartfelt conversations, shared adventures, or simply being present, Robin nurtured Devon’s independence while always remaining her greatest champion. Their connection was a true reflection of the best parts of Robin’s heart.

Robin also cherished her role as a sister and aunt. She is survived by her brother, Robert Keller, and his wife Christine, and her sister, Randi Newman, and her husband Matt. She adored their children—her nieces and nephews—whom she loved deeply and supported with the same generous spirit she gave to all she cared for. She was honored to be a godmother to some of them, a role she embraced with joy, pride, and devotion.

In 2018, Robin retired to central Pennsylvania with her partner, Tom Maher, where she embraced a quieter chapter filled with creativity, connection, and peace.

Robin will be remembered for her warmth, her resilience, and her remarkable ability to make the world more beautiful—both through her art and through the love she gave so freely.

A private celebration of life will be held by the family.
