Robin's obituary
Robin Alexander Irvine passed away on August 21, 2022 after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family.
Robin was born in Eniskillen, Northern Ireland and was a musician in the Irish showband "Chips" before coming to America in 1975. In 1976 he travelled to LA and was a guitar tech for Barry Manilow. When he returned to New York he was playing in bands and doing sound engineering at iconic venues such as JP's, Home Restaurant and Trax. He segued from sound engineer to tour manager to many legendary acts throughout the decades such as, Robert Gordon, Angela Bofill, Laura Nero, Cyndi Lauper, The Monkees, B-52's, The Eurythmics, Foreigner, and Emerson, Lake & Palmer.
Robin is survived by his wife Lisa (Stucchi) Irvine of Ardsley, NY as well as his children: Baz Irvine of London; Erin Irvine of Stamford, CT; Elise Irvine of Beacon, NY and Elena Irvine of Ardsley, NY.
