Robin Dwan Bebeau (nee Hartman) was born January 21, 1933 in Sacramento, California, to Laura Lee French and Amon Hartman and grew up in the Sacramento area. She married James Conway in 1952 and moved to Fairfield, California, where they ran a small photography studio and had two kids. She married Ralph Bebeau in 1962. She moved to Lake Oswego, Oregon, in 2011 to be closer to family, and soon after received a diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Robin long outlived her prognosis and passed away peacefully on August 4, 2021, with family by her side.

She is survived by her children, Judith Magee and Timothy Conway, a stepson, Michael Bebeau, 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
