Robin Angela Abner, 62, of Pelion SC, went home to be with the Lord on November 6, 2021 after a brief battle with cancer. Robin loved taking care of people and helping others. She worked various jobs throughout her life, but she had a passion for taking care of elderly people.

Robin was born December 19, 1958 in Beaufort, SC to James Abner and the Netta Stargel. She is the sister of Jeff (Myra) Byrd. Jerry (Cindy) Byrd, Deanne (Gary) McFatridge. Robin is predeceased by her sister Janet Marie (the late Dewey) Corder and her brother in law Dewey (the late Janet) Corder.

Robin is the mother of two daughters; Joy Wilson (Wayne II) Richardson of Gresham, SC and Carla Marie Brown (James) of Pelion, SC. She has 5 grandchildren; Wayne Richardson III, Brandon Richardson, Courtney Johnson, Robert Johnson JR, and Charlie Richardson.

Robin liked to spend her time with her family, watching hallmark movies, collecting butterflies, listening to Christian music and studying her Bible.
