Roberta's obituary

Roberta Richards-Wager, aged 63, passed away on August 10, 2024, in Crown Point, IN. Born on December 27, 1960, Roberta dedicated many years of her life to serving the community as a Customer Service Manager at Strack & Van Til in Schererville, Indiana, a role she held from 2005 until her retirement in 2023.

Roberta is survived by her loving family: daughter Jennifer Sprouse; grandchildren Elijah Sprouse, Jude Sprouse, Giana Sprouse, Giorgio Fabsits, and Gianluca Fabsits; and son Richard Fabsits. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank & Caroline McGue, her sisters Carole Mistretta and Betty Mogan, her nephew Mike Luchesi, and her grandparents Elizabeth and Joseph Mistretta.

A devout member of St. Christopher Church, Roberta's faith played a significant role in her life. Her memorial services will be held at St. Christopher Church, located at 4130 147th St., Midlothian, IL, on August 30, 2024, at 10 am.

Roberta will be remembered for her unwavering dedication to her family and her community, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and service. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
