My deepest condolences go out to Berta’s entire family. I first met Berta  when Sandy and I became best friends in 4th grade and we would often hang out out their house and always looked up to her fun, cute, always laughing, big sister Berta! She always seemed to say the right thing to us and have lots of fun friends that made Sandy and I laugh. 

I had not seen her in many years when we re-connected at Kristi’s wedding… I remember grabbing her and pulling her out on the dance floor with me, I then had my chance to make her laugh when I grabbed her arms and made them wave in the air!

I will miss you sweet Berta, but until we meet again, may you rest in peace.
