It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roberta James on March 29, 2023. Roberta was born on June 19, 1932 in Covington, LA, USA, and she lived a full and vibrant life, touching the hearts of many with her caring, mindful, and considerate personality.

Roberta's passions in life included her love for cooking and sharing her culinary creations with her loved ones. She found joy in bringing people together around the table for conversation, laughter, and of course, delicious meals. Her warm, caring nature made her a cherished friend and a beloved family member.

Roberta is survived by her loving son, Wilbert James, three granddaughters and 2 great grandchildren who will deeply miss her wisdom, kindness, and the special bond they shared. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

In her memory, we ask that those whose lives were touched by Roberta continue to honor her loving spirit by practicing kindness and making time for the people they hold dear. As Roberta showed us, it is in those precious moments spent with loved ones that life becomes truly rich.
