Robert “Bob” G. Weininger - July 20, 1942– March 2, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert “Bob” George Weininger on March 2nd, 2025 at the age of 82. Bob passed away peacefully at their home in High View Condominiums in Hunt Valley. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him.

A beloved husband, father and grandfather, Bob is survived by his Wife - Josephine, Children – Gary and Kathy (wife) Weininger and Chris Weininger, and grandchildren - Michael and Megan Weininger, and Jack and Hank Beilenson, and Sister – Diane and Wayne French. Bob was a devoted husband of 58 years of marriage, and together Bob and Jo created of lifetime of cherished memories filled with love, compassion and adventure.

Bob was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and enjoyed a successful 37-year career as Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at F & G Life Insurance company in Baltimore. Bob was also a graduate of Calvert Hall College HS Class of 1960, when the school was located at Cathedral and Mulberry Streets. This became his cornerstone for bringing hope, inspiration and energy to his community.

He channeled that spirit by becoming a dedicated and tireless volunteer in the community. He served his community in various capacities from the Jarrettsville Elementary PTA, Jarrettsville Recreation Council, North Harford Swim Club, Fox Meadows HOA, Villa Maria Foster program – including bring several foster children to his home- and numerous outreach programs through the Catholic Community of St. Francis including UCAN and Rapid Rehousing with the Episcopal Community Services. He had a profound impact on the lives of those who had the pleasure of meeting him.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at The Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier in Hunt Valley, MD on Saturday April 26, 2025 at 12 PM with luncheon and refreshments after the service.
