Robert "Wayne" Jackson, II, age 59 of Oak Ridge, TN, went peacefully to be with Jesus on January 14, at Parkwest hospital after long battle with liver failure. He was previously employed at Oak Ridge Lighting then with Quoizel Lighting in Woodstock GA, moved back to Oak Ridge and was currently unemployed due to health issues.
