Robert's obituary
Robert (Bob) E Walker Sr., 68, of Norridgewock, ME Passed away on January 16, 2024 peacefully at his home.
Born on March 18, 1955 in Skowhegan to Wallace amd Lorraine Walker, Bob attended Skowhegan area schools as a child, and as a young manworked several jobs before he became a mechanic at Woodtech in North Anson for many years, then deciding to become a long haul truck driver, which he loved. He then worked for the City of Waterville in his later years, before having to retire due to health issues. Bob loved tinkering around in his garage, fixing cars, trading and selling them, but always having his nice new vehicle to cruise in, yet did not want to either get it dirty or put miles on it. He loved his immediate and extended family and friends very much assisting them in life in anyway that he could, and making sure everyone was doing well, you could say he was the glue that held it all together. Bob met and married Kim, they lived their best life cruising around. Bermuda was a popular stomping ground he got to experience with several of his family and friends, and going on many other adventures with a motorhome, or boat. Bob was well known for his witty and inappropriate comments or funny jokes for friends and family.
He is survived by, his loving wife Kimberly Anne Estrela Garcia Walker. Children, Sons; Robert Walker Jr. and wife Samantha, of Lewiston, Frederick and wife Wendy Carrigan Jr., Daughters; Amanda Conceição Garcia Senecal of Norridgewock. Marianne and Clarence Ayotte, Rhonda and Wayne McLaughlin, of North Anson. Sister Debbie Blodgett of North Carolina.
Grandchildren; Draven Donnell-Walker and Madi, MySadie Ayotte and Robert, Tiffany Carrigan and Adam, Trevor Carrigan and Brandy, Corey and Jes Blanchard, Tasha McLaughlin and Paul. Along with many Great-Grandchildren, Cousins, and Close Friends.
Pre -deceased by both parents, Wallace and Lorraine (Austin)Walker, and his sister Nina Queal, and Brother-in-Law Blaine Blodgett.
