I was blessed to be a patient of DR. Wager when he was in Cleveland, OH. I think of him often. At the last appointment, he told me a "little" secret. I was a patient of his, the first week, he began practicing at the health center in Lakewood. He chuckled and I did too.
I was referred to him by a nurse who worked with him when he was a resident. Dr. Wagar was a great human being. I want you to know that you are not alone. he will be missed by those who knew him.

Bob and Robin were our neighbors in Westlake, Ohio. Oh my, what wonderful memories: seeing their swimming pool put up and how the children enjoyed it; Bob building a darling little playhouse as a surprise for Korrin(and telling her it was going to be something else); Bob building two beautiful cherry spindle twin beds for the girls; Halloween costumes he made for Ryan and Amy. He and Robin would take them to Cedar Point amusement park and they would be gone all day until late in the evening and I know the parents enjoyed it as much as the children! So many memories. David and I send our deepest sympathy to you all. Susan

I remember Dr Wagar well. I was a fairly new nurse on a medical floor in 1978 and it was always good to see Dr Wagar. He was such a great diagnostician and great to work with.
I remember a lot of times Dr. Culley and Dr. Wagner would just be sitting right next to each other at the nurses station.
Just a funny memory one day a boy that I was dating that turned out to be my husband of 44 years sent me red roses and when I turned beet red because I was embarrassed by getting them at the nurses station Dr. Wagner and Dr. Culley were teasing me saying “don’t you like those flowers”!!
To the Family,I’m so sorry for your loss, but I know you probably shared a lot good times together, , I especially like Dr. Wagar in the grass skirt !so just know in the days and the years to come. Just remember all those wonderful memories.
Sincerely, Jill baker RN Lakewood Hospital 45 years

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bob and Robin for many years at Physicians Regional, Pine Ridge. Dr. Bob did indeed provide compassionate, knowledgeable care to each of his patients and was always a pleasure to work with. He set a very high standard of care that inspired those around him.
My deep Sympathy to Robin and Family over the loss of a wonderful Person!
Dr. A.
