Robert Lee VanEtten , 69 , passed away august 23 rd at his home in Fort Ann NY after a short illness with cancer .  Robert is predeceased by his wife of 50 years Phyllis and his parents Franklin and Eleanor Brookley VanEtten .

He is survived by his daughter Brenda and his son Robert and his siblings Frank, Mike, Darren, Wendy, Kim, Lorrie and Kathy

Four grandchildren, Ashley, Kaitlynn, James and Cassandra 

Three great grandchildren,  Karlee , Kinsley and Kyah and a great grandson on the way 

Robert had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone didn’t matter if he knew you or not . He would give you his last dollar or the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it more than him. 

He will be greatly missed by his children, family and his friends
