Robert J. Tracy, age 83, a resident of Elmhurst, IL, died August 27, 2023, in his daughter’s home, surrounded by loved ones. He was born October 6, 1939, in Decatur, IL to Joseph J. Tracy and Norma Cook Tracy. Robert grew up on a farm in Ivesdale, IL just outside of Champaign, Urbana. After graduating high school, Robert went on to graduate with his B.A. (1961) from Knox College, Galesburg, IL and then with his …
