Bob's obituary

On July 08, 2023, Robert "Bob" Stanford of Stockton, California, surrounded by his loved ones, took his final breath. The sun rose and the world welcomed Bob on November 29th, 1947, a day the world became a little brighter. Bob lived a full and warm life and cruised the world with his beloved wife. He touched everyone he encountered. Bob will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Bob was predeceased by his parents, John (Jack) and Bernice, as well as his Stepmother, Mary. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Jeanette; son James, daughter-in-law Rachel and granddaughters Emma and Amelia; stepson, Robert Toy, daughter-in-law Jennifer and grandchildren Jacob and Kylie; his brother John; sister Diane; and stepsister Marilyn.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, August 5, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Stockton at 11am. All are welcome.

The family asks that people make donations in support of Disabled American Veterans, in lieu of sending flowers.
