Hey Guys this is Luther Perry, married to Suzanne Anitra Standifer, Joe Standifer's Daughter.  Uncle BOB was always giving great advise and encouragement. I loved to hear him talk about what he was doing at his church and talking about specific scriptures to back up situations you might be encountering and then he would always end by saying " I'm Standing on His Promises"  He will forvever be with us

Debbie and family - We can't believe it has now been a year since Bob's fatal accident.  Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers -  God Bless all of you!

It was with deep sadness that we heard of Bob's passing . We did not learn of it until November . Words are never adequate at times like this to fully express the sorrow felt when a good person passes far too soon. Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Standifer family. I always enjoyed our meetings and phone conversations. A very fine man, soldier, and human being.

Mr. Bob has put his thumbprint on many lives. His love for the The Lord, The Church, His Pastor, His Family was astronomical!! Incredible Leadership and care makes up only a portion of who he was. A great father and husband!! A man after God’s Own heart.

We miss him greatly!!

We are just learning of Bob's death today. We had NO idea. Thoughts, love and Peace Deb to you and the family. We are so sorry for your loss. He was an exceptional father, husband and man because he loved the Lord and because he loved his church, Brookhollow Baptist Church and because he loved Prairie View.

Eating crawfish at a work event is one of my favorite memories of Bob because he sat next to my son and was so gentle and kind with him as he learned to eat crawfish. Such a sweet man. <3 Love to you, Deb and Family

Met Bob at a neighbors party at Water’s Edge Ranch. Didn’t take long to learn he was a man of God, a man of honor, and a man of integrity who loved his family very much. We were both veterans and I can only wish we had talked more of our shared experiences. God speed my friend...

I remember Cat and I came down with the girls. Bob deep-fried a turkey and it was EXCELLENT!! We all sat around and talked with Bob on many occassions that trip. We got to see first hand Bob's passion a d knowledge on many subjects. I will miss those conversations, and I will miss my brother!
