Obituary
Robert Ray Scruggs, December 13th 2019, age 72. Preceded in death by his parents, Haskell and Effie Scruggs; brothers, Donald and Charles, sister, Kedna Spicer. Survived by his brothers, Buster, Willie, and James Scruggs; daughters, Donna Peek and Stacey Cunningham, many grandsons and granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be in Livingston Funeral Home Sunday from 2-8 pm, and Monday from 12 Noon until service time at 2pm with interment to follow at …
