Hello Family and Friends,

We finally have a memorial date for Dad. His interment is scheduled for Monday, October 3, 2022 at 10 am at the Veterans' Cemetery in Marana, Arizona. This will be a military burial with an honor guard present. Dad would be so pleased! The Committal Service will only last 20 minutes and then we can visit by his graveside. Mom will be buried alongside Dad. Our home is only ten minutes from the cemetery so we will host lunch and a time of "Remembering Dad" immediately following the service and graveside time.
Directions to the Cemetery are linked below. Please RSVP by texting 951-216-9567 so we can plan with the cemetery representative and plan enough food for lunch. We are looking forward to sharing special memories of Dad with each of you.

Robert “Bob” Keith Ripperdan went home to be with Jesus on February 23, 2021 at the age of 90. Bob was born to Jesse and Juanita Ripperdan on May 14, 1930 in Corydon, Indiana, the second of four children. He grew up in Indiana enjoying baseball and basketball and playing the trumpet. After graduating from high school, Bob joined the Army and spent four years as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne. He attained the …
