Robert Pena III, born October 25th, 1968, passed away February 21st, 2019 in Gillette, WY. Robert was born to Ellen and Robert Pena, Jr in Bellflower, CA. Robert’s family relocated to Washington State in 1975 and lived in Puyallup, WA. In 1981 Robert joined the Civil Air Patrol, the Auxiliary of the US Airforce as a cadet.
