Robert Paul Kurtz, 65, passed away on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 at his home in Arlington, Texas. He was born on September 22nd, 1959 in Indiana, Pennsylvania to Jack and Mary Kurtz.

Robert grew up in Indiana, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Indiana High School in 1977. After high school he

• began work for Trans World Airlines as a reservation agent and trainer where he worked for 6 years. He then went on to work for Sabre as an ADS installer/trainer where he worked for 32 years. During that time, he also founded his own pool fencing company, Life Saver Pool Fence Systems, which he successfully ran for 30 years.

Robert was a devoted member of the Catholic Church, grounding his life in faith and community. He had a deep appreciation for life’s experiences and enjoyed traveling to new places, spending time by the ocean, and staying active through regular workouts and rounds of golf. He also had a special love for animals, especially his own cats and dogs, who brought him great joy and companionship throughout the years.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Kurtz.

Robert is survived by his spouse Sandra and his daughters, Sydney and Kendyl Kurtz.

A memorial service will be held at St. Vincent De Paul; 5819 W Pleasant Ridge Rd, Arlington, TX 76016 at 10am on June 21st.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Robert’s wonderful friends and neighbors, whose kindness and support have meant so much to both Robert and his daughters throughout this time.
