Robert Franklin Overmyer Jr. went home to Jesus on 10/21/2021 at age 74. Bob was born to Robert and Frances on 01/12/1947 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Bob and his wife Cindy were married on January 5th, 1991.  In addition to being a loving father to Rob Overmyer (Michele), Kristin Riber (Logan), and Kolleen Blankenship (Benjamin), Bob was also a loving Grandpa to Selah, Eli, Ciara, Noah, and Ezra. Bob loved to be with family and cook (some crazy) meals for his family. Bob held an unwavering faith in God which was evident in his last moments on earth. Bob fought hard over the past few weeks with COVID and an abdominal infection but he knew that his healing would only come with everlasting life. He felt peace leaving this earth and joining Jesus in heaven. He joined his mother (Frances), father (Robert), sister (Kay), and two children (Kelby Lynn and Joseph Jay) in heaven. 

There will be a Celebration of Life at the Manor House in Mason, Ohio on 10/27 from 11-2pm. Pastor Dave Culver will open the celebration with prayer and Eulogy at 11am. Family and friends are invited to come anytime between 11-2. Donations for the Transplant house of Cleveland will be accepted as a way to honor Bob's life and the many years we were able to spend with him, because of the life saving transplant he received 5 years ago. Flowers may be sent to the Manor house (attn: Carriage house) if desired. 

Masks are being requested by the family to keep everyone safe.
