Robert “Tony” Tudor Neel, Jr. passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 73 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Born on January 13, 1951, in Memphis, Tennessee. Tony was a beloved member of his family and community.
Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Brunner Neel, his father, Robert Tudor Neel Sr., both of Memphis, Tennessee, and his brother, Joe Neel, of Breckenridge Colorado.
